01Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "jos198" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" / "our" — the online betting and casino platform accessible at https://jos198.bet and operated by the licensed entity behind the jos198 brand.
• "You" / "Player" / "User" — any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or otherwise uses the jos198 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" — the personal betting and gaming account created by a Player upon successful registration on the Platform.
• "Balance" — the total of real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, excluding any bonus funds that remain subject to active wagering requirements.
• "Bonus Funds" — any promotional credits, free bets, free spins, or cashback amounts awarded to a Player's Account under a specific promotional offer, distinct from deposited real-money funds.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the number of times Bonus Funds (or Bonus Funds plus a qualifying deposit) must be wagered on eligible games before any winnings derived from those Bonus Funds may be withdrawn.
• "Services" — all products and features offered by jos198, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slots, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), Sic Bo, and any other game or betting market made available on the Platform from time to time.
• "IDR" / "Rupiah" — Indonesian Rupiah, the sole functional currency of the Platform for all Player Account transactions.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer; the identity and age-verification procedures jos198 applies to Player Accounts in accordance with its compliance obligations.
• "Terms" — these Terms & Conditions in their current version, as amended from time to time.

02Eligibility

Access to and use of the jos198 Platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter during which they maintain an Account:

• You are a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity).
• You are at least 21 years of age. Jos198 strictly prohibits access by minors. If you are under 21 years old, you must not register, deposit, or use any part of the Platform.
• You are a resident of Indonesia or are otherwise accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online betting is permitted under applicable law. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, trustee, or nominee for any third party.
• You are not subject to a self-exclusion order, whether imposed by jos198 or by any third-party responsible gaming scheme to which you have voluntarily subscribed.
• You are not an employee, director, officer, consultant, agent, or immediate family member of an employee, of jos198 or any of its affiliated entities, technology providers, or game studios.

03Account Registration

To access real-money betting and gaming on jos198, you must complete the registration process and create a single Account. The following conditions govern Account creation and maintenance:

• One account per person. Each Player is permitted to hold only one jos198 Account at any time. Opening a second Account — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are identified, all associated Accounts may be suspended and any Bonus Funds or winnings derived from the secondary Account will be voided.
• Accurate information. You must provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and preferred payment method details. You are responsible for keeping this information current.
• Account security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Jos198 recommends using a strong, unique password not used on any other service. You must notify jos198 support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
• No sharing. Your Account is strictly personal. You may not allow any third party to access or use your Account under any circumstances, including but not limited to permitting a friend or family member to place bets on your behalf.
• Account currency. Accounts are denominated in IDR. Jos198 does not offer multi-currency accounts. All deposits, bets, winnings, and withdrawals are recorded and settled in Indonesian Rupiah.

04Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the Platform are processed in IDR through the payment methods listed below. Jos198 does not charge Player-side fees on deposits or withdrawals; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply its own transfer fees independently.

Supported payment methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

• Minimum deposit: Rp 10.000 or as otherwise stated on the deposit page at the time of transaction. Minimum amounts are subject to change without prior notice.
• Deposit processing: E-wallet deposits (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are typically credited within seconds. Bank transfer deposits (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP) are typically credited within 10 to 30 minutes during normal banking hours in WIB (UTC+7). Delays beyond these timeframes should be reported to customer support with the relevant proof of transfer.
• Withdrawal eligibility: Withdrawals are available only to Players whose Accounts have been fully verified under the KYC process outlined in Clause 8. Withdrawal requests submitted before KYC completion will be held in a pending state until verification is complete.
• Withdrawal processing: Jos198 targets processing of approved withdrawal requests within 10 to 60 minutes for e-wallets and within 10 to 120 minutes for bank transfers, during standard operating hours. Processing times may be extended during peak periods, public holidays, or in cases where additional verification is required.
• Same-method policy: Where technically feasible, withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the originating deposit. Jos198 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawals above specified thresholds.
• Declined deposits: Jos198 is not liable for deposits that fail due to incorrect bank account details, insufficient funds, or payment provider-side rejections. Players must ensure their payment details are accurate before initiating a deposit.

05Bonuses & Promotions

Jos198 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the general conditions set out in this clause, as well as the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of a conflict between the general bonus conditions below and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific terms prevail.

• One bonus per offer per household. Promotional offers are limited to one per Player, per household, per IP address, and per device. Jos198 reserves the right to void bonuses and winnings derived from them where this restriction is breached.
• Wagering requirements. All Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before withdrawal. The specific multiplier (e.g., 25x, 30x) applicable to each promotion is stated in the individual promotion terms. Unless otherwise specified, only real-money wagers placed on eligible games count toward satisfying a wagering requirement; wagers placed using Bonus Funds themselves do not count unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Game contribution rates. Different game categories contribute to wagering requirements at different rates. Unless a promotion states otherwise, slots contribute 100%, live casino games contribute 10%, and sportsbook bets contribute based on odds thresholds stated in the promotion terms. Games marked as excluded do not contribute at all.
• Bonus expiry. Bonus Funds and any associated wagering requirements expire within the timeframe stated in the promotion terms — typically 7 to 30 days from the date of credit. Expired Bonus Funds are forfeited automatically.
• Maximum bet during bonus play. While Bonus Funds are active in your Account, a maximum single-bet or single-spin limit applies as stated in the relevant promotion. Bets exceeding this limit during bonus play may result in winnings being voided.
• Withdrawal of deposit before wagering completion. If you withdraw your qualifying deposit before completing the associated wagering requirement, the Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from them will be forfeited.
• Jos198 discretion. Jos198 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, and to exclude individual Players from any promotion at its absolute discretion.

06Betting & Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply across all betting and gaming products available on the jos198 Platform. Product-specific rules (e.g., sportsbook settlement rules, togel draw schedules, Sic Bo table rules) are published within each product section of the Platform and form part of these Terms by reference.

• Bet acceptance. All bets are subject to acceptance by jos198. Confirmation of a bet is provided to the Player at the time of placement. Jos198 reserves the right to decline or limit any bet without providing a reason.
• Minimum and maximum stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and game types and are displayed within the relevant section of the Platform at the time of bet placement. These limits may be adjusted at jos198's discretion.
• Errors and malfunctions. In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or software fault that results in an incorrect payout or game outcome, jos198 reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and return stakes to Players. The principle "pays what it displays" applies only where the displayed result has been generated by a correctly functioning system.
• Disconnections. Jos198 is not liable for any loss of bets or winnings resulting from internet disconnections, device failures, or power outages on the Player's side. Where possible, game results are saved server-side and will be available upon reconnection.
• Odds and prices. Sportsbook odds are provided in decimal format by default. Odds are subject to change up to the moment a bet is accepted and confirmed. Once a bet is confirmed at a specific set of odds, those odds are fixed for that bet.
• Settlement of sportsbook markets. Sports bets are settled based on the official result of the relevant event as declared by the governing body. Where a result is protested, under review, or subsequently overturned after initial settlement, jos198 reserves the right to re-settle affected bets in accordance with the official final result.

07Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jos198 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance and Bonus Funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information at any stage of account registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age, or assisting a minor in accessing the Platform.
• Opening or operating more than one Account on the Platform, whether in your own name or using the identity of another person.
• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human means to place bets, exploit promotions, or interact with the Platform in a way not intended for human users.
• Exploiting software errors, game bugs, or pricing mistakes to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are subject to forfeiture.
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate game or betting outcomes, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker-style games or coordinated accumulator abuse.
• Using the Platform to launder money or process payments on behalf of any third party. Jos198 maintains strict AML procedures and will report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any conduct intended to manipulate the result of any sporting or other event offered as a betting market on the Platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the source code of any Platform software.
• Engaging in any behavior that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward jos198 staff or other users of the Platform.

08KYC & Verification

Jos198 applies Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures to all Player Accounts in order to verify identity, confirm age eligibility, and comply with applicable anti-money-laundering obligations. KYC verification may be required at registration, before a first withdrawal, or at any other time at jos198's discretion.

• Documents required. Standard KYC documentation includes a valid government-issued photo ID (e.g., Indonesian KTP / national identity card, passport, or driving license) and proof of current residential address (e.g., a bank statement or utility bill dated within the last three months). Additional documentation may be requested in specific circumstances.
• Submission. Documents must be submitted via the designated KYC portal within the Account dashboard or by emailing [email protected]. Submitted documents must be clear, unedited, and in full color.
• Processing time. Jos198 targets KYC review completion within 24 to 48 hours of receiving a complete document set during standard operating hours (WIB). Complex cases may require additional time.
• Withdrawal hold. Withdrawal requests submitted before KYC completion will remain in a pending state. Jos198 is not liable for any delay in withdrawal processing caused by a Player's failure to submit required KYC documents promptly.
• Ongoing monitoring. KYC is not a one-time event. Jos198 reserves the right to request updated or additional documentation at any time during the lifecycle of a Player Account, including in response to changes in account activity or transaction patterns.

09Privacy & Data

Jos198 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you acknowledge and consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy. Key points include:

• Personal data collected during registration and KYC is used exclusively for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, and the delivery of Services.
• Jos198 does not sell personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, game technology providers, and compliance service providers strictly on a need-to-know basis and under data processing agreements.
• Players have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data, subject to legal retention obligations. Such requests should be directed to [email protected].
• Jos198 uses cookies and similar technologies on the Platform. By continuing to use the Platform, you consent to the use of cookies as described in the Privacy Policy.

10Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jos198's total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• Jos198 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or loss of goodwill, even if jos198 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Jos198 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of malicious code, and we disclaim all implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.
• Jos198 is not liable for losses arising from events outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, telecommunications failures, natural disasters, government actions, or third-party payment provider failures.
• Nothing in these Terms limits jos198's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable mandatory law.

11Intellectual Property

All content on the jos198 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, data feeds, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of jos198 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes as contemplated by these Terms.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without prior written authorization from jos198.
• The game content available on the Platform — including slots, live casino titles, and other games — is licensed to jos198 by third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Pocket Games Soft, and Spribe. Intellectual property rights in those games remain with their respective owners.

12Suspension & Termination

Jos198 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at any time, with or without notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including engagement in any prohibited conduct listed in Clause 7.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following a request.
• Provision of false, fraudulent, or misleading information at any stage.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, match-fixing, or other illegal activity.
• A court order, regulatory instruction, or request from a law enforcement body requiring account suspension or closure.
• Reasonable concern about a Player's gambling behavior, including signs of problem gambling, under jos198's responsible gaming obligations.

Where an Account is closed by jos198 for reasons other than Player misconduct, any verified real-money Balance (excluding Bonus Funds) will be returned to the Player via their registered withdrawal method within a reasonable period following the resolution of any pending review. Where closure follows a finding of misconduct, jos198 reserves the right to withhold the Balance pending investigation and, where applicable, forfeiture proceedings.

You may request closure of your own Account at any time by contacting jos198 support. Account closure requests are processed within 24 hours. Any real-money Balance at the time of voluntary closure will be returned upon completion of KYC verification.

13Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the jos198 operating entity is incorporated, as notified to Players upon request.

Before initiating any formal dispute resolution process, Players are required to contact jos198 customer support at [email protected] to attempt informal resolution. Jos198 commits to responding to all substantive complaints within five (5) business days.

If informal resolution is not achieved, disputes shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed arbitral body. Each party shall bear its own legal costs unless the arbitrator determines that one party's conduct warrants a costs order.

14Amendments to These Terms

Jos198 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, jos198 will notify active Players by one or more of the following means: a notice displayed on the Platform's homepage, an email to the address registered to the Player's Account, or a notification within the Account dashboard.

The updated Terms will specify a "Last updated" date at the top of the document. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure before the effective date of the changes.

Minor amendments — including typographical corrections, clarifications that do not affect Player rights, and updates to the list of supported payment methods — may be made without advance notice.
